Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 27, 2026 — These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nezsig ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By creating an account or accessing any feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using our service immediately.

Nezsig is a cryptocurrency trading signal platform. We offer:

• Real-time trading signals for BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP and more
• AI-powered signal verification across 10+ confirmation layers
• Educational content, market analysis, and learning resources
• Optional auto-trade integration with supported exchanges (Binance)
• Performance dashboards and trade history

To use Nezsig, you must:

• ✓Be at least 18 years of age
• ✓Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• ✓Not be located in a country subject to international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN)
• ✓Not be listed on any sanctions list or designated as a prohibited person
• ✓Comply with all applicable local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password, PIN, and two-factor authentication
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We offer three subscription tiers:

All plans include a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. There is no automatic billing after trial — you must explicitly subscribe to continue.

• Payments are processed via USDT (Binance Pay) or other approved methods listed at checkout
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of activation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice via email
• Failed payments result in service suspension after 3 days; cancellation after 10 days

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no retention games.

To cancel: Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days unless required by applicable law.

If you choose to use the auto-trade feature (Phase 8+):

• ✓You authorize Nezsig to place trades on your behalf using provided API credentials
• ✓You grant read + trade permissions only — never enable withdraw permissions
• ✓Nezsig cannot access, move, or withdraw your funds at any time
• ✓You set all risk parameters (position size, max loss, coin selection)
• ✓You may disable auto-trade instantly from Settings → Auto-Trade
• ✓Nezsig is not responsible for any trades executed via auto-trade

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute Nezsig signals to third parties
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract content from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any platform technology
• Create fake accounts or abuse free trial provisions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other Nezsig users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any platform systems or user data

All Nezsig content — including signals, algorithms, software, designs, text, and data — is the exclusive property of Nezsig and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Upon subscription, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your own trading purposes only. This license terminates immediately upon subscription cancellation or account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment fraud
• Sharing account access or signals
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Any activity that we reasonably believe harms the platform or other users

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends immediately and we may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

The Nezsig platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any guarantee of specific trading profits or outcomes
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of signals or data
• Any warranty of fitness for a particular trading purpose or strategy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nezsig and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, direct or indirect, arising from use of our signals
• Lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Losses exceeding the total subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nezsig from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: your use of the platform, your trading decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice via email before material changes take effect. Your continued use of Nezsig after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Italy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.
